What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email info@mensahudson.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Full details: Returns & refunds.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is secured by Shopify.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to change or cancel it. Once an order is processed, changes may not be possible.
Do you ship outside the US?
No. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 7–9 business days. We ship to US addresses only, and standard shipping is free. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we email your tracking number. You can follow it anytime on our Track your order page.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size chart with US sizes and measurements in inches. Need help? Email info@mensahudson.com.
