Mensa Hudson ships to addresses in the United States only. Here's what happens after you place an order:
Free Tracked Shipping
Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares it for shipment. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package to your door.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 7–9 business days depending on the product and your location.
Helpful Reminders
- Please double-check your shipping address; we are not responsible for errors in the address provided.
- Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Shipping delays due to customs, carriers or weather are outside our control.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors, building staff or your mailroom, and wait 48 hours in case the carrier scanned early. Packages marked as delivered are considered received.
